Anyone gone to the pet store?
I just went to the pet store, and I saw all sorts of stuff. They had antibiotics (tetracycline and erythromycine) for 20 bucks and natural sea salt. Has anyone tried any of this on themself? I bet if TSHT we wouldn't hesitate to get them, even though they're supposedly for animals.

Re: Anyone gone to the pet store?
I've taken antibiotics prescribed for a dog but not fish antibiotics, although I do have a stash of them in my fridge.
It's important to research a vet-grade medication before taking it. Not all of them are formulated in a way that's compatible with human physiology, but many of them are. Do the research now so that when the time comes, you know what you can and can't take. |

farm supply stores have that sort of stuff as well, I have know many of a folk to prescribe their own penicillin over the years.
you can also pick up syringes and sterile needles as well for very reasonable rates I am talking penny's per shot! Laugh dammit...that last part was a joke |

Yes they work and I have used them myself. But everything I have read says to pay close attention to expiration dates. Will look through my links for some resources.

Tetracycline becomes toxic after it is over the hill, which is, like stored food, not just time, but also temperature.
